Dublin Core does not display in F4

When a permalink record is retrieved from LC by pressing F4, there are five different options for the display format to use: Marc Text (the default), MarcXml, Html, MODS, and Dublin Core.

In version 232, clicking on the Dublin Core option displayed a MODS record. This has been fixed; clicking on the Dublin Core option now displays a DC record.
