Changes to MARC Code List for Languages for Moldavian

The following change was announced by LC in the TECHNICAL NOTICE of January 6, 2009:

The language code "mol" will no longer be used for the variant of the
Romanian language that is spoken in the Republic of Moldova known as
Moldovan or Moldavian. 

Both the name of the language has changed (from Moldavian to Moldovan) and the language code (from mol to rum).
