Check 245 $a $b $h $n $p (in the order that they occur in the field)

If there is a non-zero non-filing indicator, delete that many bytes from the beginning of subfield $a.

If the number of records retrieved exceeds 'Max Title Hits', and the 'Use Author/Title' option is selected, an attempt is made to extract an Author match key from the record, and if successful, the an Author/Title query is sent to the DB.

When the TITLE match key is added to a config, a special option form is displayed–

–use this form to configure the two special options that can be applied to the Title as a primary key:

• Truncation
• Variants, or Alternate titles

To change the setting for these special options once the TITLE key has been added to a config, click on the 'SPECIAL TITLE OPTIONS' button beneath the Primary Keys List (Note that the TITLE key must be selected in the Primary Keys List before this button will display):
