• At the Main Menu
  • Choose File |New record for … | Manifestation

• Choose an appropriate Manifestation template
• Add Manifestation data
  • Add all elements needed to:
    • identify the manifestation
    • describe its carrier
    • explain how to acquire/access it
  • Customize the Composite Key for the Manifestation, as needed
  • Add links to data for other, non-primary, related entities at the manifestation level (e.g., a Publisher), as needed
• Create new Item data
• Create new Work data

• If you are in a Work record, create new Expression data first
• In the Expression record:
  • Find the element for 'Manifestation of Expression' or add another one
  • Right click on the 'RIMMF Identifier' text box
  • Choose “Create new Manifestation”
  • Choose an appropriate Manifestation template
  • Add Manifestation data
    • Add all elements needed to:
      • identify the manifestation

    • Customize the Composite Key for the Manifestation, as needed
