MARC Report 2.55: Problems resolved

The code that validates the 010 would report “Number too long” for LCCNs that began with

  2020xxxxxx 

when in fact there was no problem with the length of the number.

Fixed in 255.

(Note: this bug is present in all versions of MARC Report).
