+**'Check end-of-field punctuation' option broken**
+The updates that we made in version 232 to the punctuation checking code for headings fields disregarded the option called 'Check end-of-field punctuation' (on the Cataloging Checks page).
+As a result, for the headings fields, this check would still take place even when this option was turned off.
+This problem is fixed in 233. Unchecking this option will now turn off end-of-field punctuation checks on the headings fields (and everywhere else).
